Conference & Meeting Facilities: Corinthia Grand Hotel Royal Budapest *****

The conference facilities, found on the first floor, includes a ballroom with up to 450 seats in theatre style and seven meeting rooms which can be combined into one large room. There is also another large Conference Room which can be partitioned into six breakout rooms, as well as an 850 square metre Exhibition Hall situated on top of the Car Park and linked to the back of the Hotel via a bridge.

 

The GRAND BALLROOM has been restored to its original beauty with rich, baroque-style decorating of the ceilings and walls, and not sub-divisible. There is a separate group and conference entrance at the back of the Hotel. The breakout rooms are designed for smaller gatherings and are located near the ballroom.

 

 

VALLETTA CONFERENCE CENTRE can be partitioned to create up to 12 syndicate rooms, or opened to create large event spaces with break-out and refreshment areas.

 

Linked directly to the hotel by a bridge is the spacious VALLETTA EXHIBITION CENTRE, offering over 740 m˛ of superb event or display space. These facilities can be easily linked together to support a truly imaginative event.
