Important Information: Guests arriving outside reception opening hours (08:00 to 12:00 noon) are kindly requested to check-in at the 24-hour reception in the main building Hattyú Ház, Hattyú utca 14, 1015 Budapest.

You have the right to cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival free of charge. Written cancellations made 48 hrs in advance will be accepted. In case of late cancellation - within 48 hours - or No Show without previously informing us, the hotel has the right to charge your credit card with the amount of the first night fee.
