Payment and Reservation Policy:

Advance “Confirmation deposit”  is requested, through Paypal, corresponding to the first night  with a  minimum of 100,00 EUR. The flat owner will send you the "Form" for the deposit. You will pay the remaining balance  when you arrive in the flat, cash. Unfortunately no credit cards are accepted!

Cancellation Policy: You have the right to cancel your reservation 1 month before your arrival. Written cancellations made 1 month in advance will be accepted. In case of late cancellation - within 1 month - or No Show without previously informing us, the owner has the right to keep the advance payment.

Platiti numai cand ajungeti la hotel ori cu bani in numerar ori cu Cartea de Credit. Cartea Dvs. de credit nu va fi incarcata anticipat numai daca nu ajungeti la hotel si nu anulati rezervarea.

Aveti dreptul sa anulati rezervarea cu 48 de ore inaintea sosirii dvs fara sa platiti. Acceptam anulari facute cu 48 de ore inaintea sosirii. In cazul anularii tarzii – dupa 48 de ore – sau in cazul No Show – fara sa fim anuntati dinainte, hotelul are dreptul sa taxeze cartea dvs. de credit cu pretul primei nopti.
