The apartments:

Our apartments are equipped with everything that can serve your comfort and relaxation the best. We provide - in each apartments - cable TV set with satellite chanels, free high-speed internet connection, washing mashine, hairdryer, iron with ironing board. In the kitchen there's a ceramic stove with electric oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine (filter), kettle, toaster. We put into the kitchen of course pots, plates, glasses, cutleries as well as many more useful accessories. Furthermore we supply with bedclothes, towels, toilet and cleaning paper, and soap.

 - In some of the kitchens you will find a dishwasher too. High chair and cot are available upon request.

 - Balcony or own terrace belongs to all the flats with outdoor furniture. - Some flats are air-conditioned but all are equipped with sun-blinds to grant the comfortable temperature inside the apartment.

 - In the underground of the building we can provide garage spots to our drive-in guests, moreover the garage level has direct lift connection to the apartments.

 - Video-entryphone and chip based street door opener together with video surveillance in the entire area.

2-room Apartments = 1 bedroom + 1 living room:

In the "Fontana House" along the Corvin Promenade, on the 4th floor there's this friendly apartment with two rooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, WC, and with a balcony that can be reached from both rooms. The balcony has outdoor chairs with table and excellent view to the Promenade varied with fountains, trees, seats, terraces. 1 to 4 persons can be accomodated in this apartment. One room with a double bed, the other one with a sofa bed for two persons is offered. As this apartment is next door to the "City Fontana 403" apartment - wich has actually the same facilities - they can accomodate even a bigger family or friends together - but still separated.

The apartments have the similar layout as above, except these apartment are airconditioned.

Renting Conditions:

 * Prices are given in EURO, VAT and local tax inclusive. Payment in different currency (HUF;USD;CHF;GBP) is always subject to the actual EURO daily rate.

 * The full price of the stay together with the possible deposit should be payed in cash upon arrival. Unfortunately no creditcards or cheques are accepted.

 * Children's stay in parent's apartment under 12 years of age is free of charge. Please inform us in advance!

 * Garage: 1 car per apartment is free of charge. Booking is necessery!

 * Minimum stay during the the weekend (Friday and/or Saturday) is 2 nights! We do NOT accept booking for only 1 night on these days!

Usted pagará sólo en el hotel cuando llegue o en efectivo o con la Tarjeta de Crédito. Nosotros no cobramos nada de su tarjeta de crédito por adelantado, excepto que usted no llegue al hotel y no cancele su reserva. No es necesario el pre-pago para el uso de nuestros servicios de reserva.

Tiene Usted el derecho de cancelar su reserva 48 horas antes de su llegada sin comisión. Cancelaciones por escrito hechas con 48 horas de antelación serán aceptadas. En el caso de la cancelación retrasada – dentro de las 48 horas – o de la No Aparición sin habernos informado previamente, el hotel tiene el derecho de cobrar de su tarjeta de crédito el importe equivalente al precio de la primera noche.
