The apartment is in a historical building which has a quiet courtyard with a beautiful statue (which used to be a fountain) in the middle of it. The Apartment:

This beautiful 3-room apartment has 2 sleeping areas, one living room, kitchen and bathroom. From the hall we can get to the living room where there is a stair leading to the loft where the first bedroom is. From the living room we can get to the bigger bedroom which - just like the first one - has a King-sized double bed. The living-room (suitable for small negotiations) has a comfortable sofa, an armchair, TV, DVD player, music center and nice pictures on the wall.

Proceeding from the hall there is the entrance to the bathroom and to the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a big dining table.
