| • | Minimum 2 nights stay is required! We do NOT accept booking for only 1 night! Minimum stay during the the weekend ( friday and/or saturday) is 3 nights!

| • | On arrival you have to pay a DEPOSIT (warrant) of 200 EUR for the goods and the keys - which we refund on the day of departure!

| • | Parking: next to the apartment in the Parking-House for 20 EUR/day; or Garage for 8 EUR/day 5 minutes walk from the apartment!

| • | Children Policy: Children under 6 stay free of charge in the room of the parents if no extra bed is needed. Between 6 and 12 years the price of the extra bed is charged.

| • | The prices shown above may not be valid during Formula 1 Grand Prix, Sziget Festival and New Year's Eve period (28th Dec - 2nd Jan).

| • | Prices are initially given in EURO (€) by Budapest hotels. It means that prices in the other currencies are rather informational, and in the hotel you will have to pay the equivalent of the EURO price at the daily exchange rates!
