We have fully equipped, air-conditioned studios, 2-room and 3-room apartments with American style kitchen in the building. We also offer hotel and wellness services for our guests.

Our apartment house is located on the Pest side of Budapest in the middle of the 13th district (Béke tér) in Országbíró Street. You can get to the centre of the city in 6-8 minutes with the tram Nr. 14. The tram stop is located 300m far from the apartment house.

There are 136 fully equipped, air-conditioned studios and premium apartments with American style kitchen in the building. We also offer hotel and wellness services for our guests. The friendly character of the apartments, the soundproof windows and the comfortable beds help you feel like at home. Closed parking places belong to each apartment and some of them have a balcony also.

Our Apartments:

 • Studios: 35-40 m. large studio with American style kitchen, which can accommodate max. 3 people. The bedroom is separated with a wall but there is no door between the bedroom and the living room. In the bedroom you can find a double bed and in the living room there is a sofa suitable for 1 person.

 • 2-room (Premium) Apartments: 40-45 m. large apartment with American style kitchen, living room and bedroom which can accommodate max. 3 people. The bedroom is separated from the living room. In the bedroom you can find two single beds (it is not possible to put them together) and in the living room there is a sofa suitable for 1 person.

 • 3-room (Family) apartment: 70-90 m. large apartment with American style kitchen, living room and two bedrooms, which can accommodate max. 6 people. In one of the bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other you can find two single beds (it is not possible to put them together). In the living room there is a sofa suitable for 2 people.

 • Apartments designed for handicapped people.

Equipment of each apartment: writing desk, pull-out sofa, coffee table, TV, telephone, ceramic stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, vent hood, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, hair dryer, towels, ironing board, dinner set, glasses, dishes.

There are also smaller seminar rooms upstairs in the house at our guests' disposal. Furthermore you can find a large conference room suitable for up to 100 people, which can be separated. This conference room is equipped with its own video and sound system so it can satisfy the highest demands.

Other services: antiallergenic beds, non-smoking floor, baby bed, cleaning, dishwashing, maintenance, lobby, café and restaurant, seminar rooms upstairs, conference room for up to 100 people, business centre, WiFi.

Services for rent: plasma TV, washing machine, home movie system, play station, various packages of Internet and TV.

The garage of our apartment house is closed and observed with security cameras.

You will pay only in the hotel when you arrive either in cash or by Credit Card. We do not charge your credit card in advance, unless you do not arrive at the hotel and do not cancel your reservation. No prepayment is needed for using our reservation service.

You have the right to cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival free of charge. Written cancellations made 48 hrs in advance will be accepted. In case of late cancellation - within 48 hours - or No Show without previously informing us, the hotel has the right to charge your credit card with the amount of the first night fee.
